COMPLEX FAQS:
Do you have peak overflow parking? Yes, when conditions are dry, the open grass field as you enter the complex from McNary Drive is available as overflow parking.
Do you allow dogs in the park? No pets are allowed in the park with the exception of service dogs with a designated vest. This is to ensure the safety of players, families and patrons as some pets can behave unpredictably in large or crowded group settings.
Can we bring in our own beverages? No outside food or beverages are allowed to be brought in the park. The exception being personal water bottles for players. As with most sporting enterprises, we rely on concession revenue to help support our operations, we are a privately funded organization. Thank you for your patronage of our concession stand which helps us generate funds to reinvest in our complex.
Can I bring a weapon into the park? There are no weapons of any kind allowed in the park.
WEATHER FAQS:
How do we know if our game has been rained out? Rain out notifications are sent out through our website and available on the Rain Out Line 314-994-1255.
Do you cancel games due to heat? We will consider canceling if the heat index is expected to be above 105.
REGISTRATION FAQS:
When are sign ups for spring baseball and softball? October 1, 2025 thru February 1, 2026. Click here to be taken to our registration information.
How old do you need to be to sign up for a specific league? Birth date cut offs and age levels are listed HERE.
How many players are allowed to be on a team?: 15 players are allowed for each team, any amount above 15 per team, have to be approved by the Team Manager and Affton AA.
CONCESSION DUTY FAQS:
When can I buy out to avoid concession duty? For House registration it must be completed at the time of registration.
If I have already picked my concession volunteer shift and now I cannot make that date can I reschedule? Is there a cost? You can change your concession shift with a 7-day notice; however, there is a $25 schedule change fee.
What is the cost to buyout of concession duty? The cost to buy out at registration is $175. Any time after registration it is $250.
What if it rains on the day of my shift, how do I know if I still need to show up? Please call our Rain Out Line, 314-994-1255.
If my volunteer shift is rained out, do I need to reschedule my shift? Yes, all rain outs will have to reschedule the shifts.
LEAGUE FAQS:
When do the schedules come out for the season? Manager Meetings will be held in March/April, dates will be sent out to the team managers.
Can we reschedule games that are not a rain out?
- For Spring/Summer Leagues: Yes, within seven (7) days prior to the original game. The Team Manager needing to reschedule the game must contact the Team manager of the opposing team with Affton Field Office (aaafieldoffice@afftonaa.com) copied in on the email. Once there is an agreement to reschedule, the office will send out three (3) dates that are eligible for reschedules. If one date works for both teams, the game will be rescheduled. If the Team Managers cannot come to an agreed upon date, the game will remain on the original date.
- For Fall Leagues: No reschedules are allowed unless rained out.
Do you sell balls that are used/required for all leagues in baseball and softball? Yes, we sell the balls at Manager Meetings and during the season at the main concession stand.
What are the required balls for each league? House and Select Baseball Leagues use the Rawlings R100P Baseball. Baseball and Softball Pitching Machines Leagues will have the balls supplied. House Softball uses the Rawlings USSSA Ball. Select Softball uses the Dudley USSSA Ball. Coed Instructional League uses the Markwort MBall.

- a concession job? Must be 15 with a work permit.
- an umpire? Must be 14 with a work permit.
